Open and honest

"The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe."Proverbs 18:10

When my children were small, if something happened, they would coming running to me. As we are God’s children, He is always there for us. Running in to the Lord is a believer’s safe place. The name of God means salvation, healing, deliverance and righteousness. In Him is everything we need. Instead of hiding our weakness from Him, He wants us to be open and vulnerable with Him, because God understands our weaknesses. How Jesus changes us day by day is as we come to the cross, experiencing His presence and redeeming grace. “And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
