Successful living

"Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful."

Joshua 1:8

Getting into the Word is something to get excited for! Our spirits are always hungry for God’s Word and is so wonderful to abide in Christ Jesus. The Lord ministers to us as we pour over Scripture. Our priority is first to bless the Lord and be with Him. Everything else follows that. Is so good to delight in Jesus. Delighting in Him is loving the Word because He is the Word. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” 1 John 1:1 We were created to be close to God and the Word is how He often speaks to us. Dwelling in the Word is also a key to successful living. Millions of people are living in the blessing of the principles from the Word of God. In every area of our lives, we need the Spirit’s help, hearing His voice is everything.

How has God blessed you from principles in His Word?

What is the Lord saying to you today?

Lord Jesus, thanks for being the Word. Help me find myself being closer to you as I encounter you in Scripture.
