Lifestyle of praise

"Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:4

The book of Psalms shines because of the praises of the Lord. Praise stands out! As we develop a lifestyle of praise, of delighting in Jesus, our lives will shine for His glory. Being free is living a life of praise. Blessings go along with delighting in the Lord. All the times we seek Him, love on Him and delight in Him, He causes our lives to be blessed. Today is a good one to lift up Jesus, praising Him for who He is in our lives. “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, with whom there is no change or shifting shadow.” James 1:17

Heavenly Father, thanks that you are the Father of lights and everything good comes from you. I find shelter and peace in who you are and I love taking delight in you Jesus.
