Blessed in blessing

"And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'" Matthew 25:40

When you and I are aware of the needy around us, and do something to help, we are really helping Jesus. Everyone would want to be able to serve the king. Jesus is the king, yet He appears as the least of our brothers and sisters. We have the opportunity and privilege to serve the King of kings. Being liberal to people in the way we treat them, means you will be blessed as well.

“The liberal soul shall be made fat. He who waters shall be watered also himself.” Proverbs 11:25 We had Pastor Darren Kiddo recently in Perth, talking about having good works and making that a practice.

How has someone’s kindness surprised you?

Is there someone you could lift up in prayer and even practically?

Lord Jesus, you are my King. Help me notice the need around me and be a part of the answer in you Lord.
